🎓 Education

📍 IPSSAR Pellegrino Artusi

Vicenza, Italy
Hospitality and Tourism High School Diploma – 2015 – 2020
Graduated with 100/100, specializing in Restaurant Service, Bar & Sales.
During this five-year vocational program, I built the foundation of my hospitality knowledge through both theoretical study and practical training. I developed early customer service, food & beverage operations, and team collaboration skills — including internships and service simulations in real hospitality environments.

📍 IULM – Libera Università di Lingue e Comunicazione

Milan, Italy
Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Management and Culture – 2020 – 2023
Graduated with 110/110 cum laude.
My thesis, titled “Strategie di miglioramento economico nel settore alberghiero: casi a confronto”, focused on the financial and competitive analysis of two Best Western midscale hotels in Rome and Bologna. I examined KPIs, tariff strategies, and revenue forecasting techniques — highlighting the importance of strategic Revenue Management in hotel performance improvement.

📍 Les Roches Global Hospitality Education

Marbella, Spain
Master’s in International Hotel Management – 2024 – 2025

A globally recognized program that combined advanced academic learning, real-world business cases, and multicultural teamwork.
One of the key achievements was my final Applied Project, focused on strategic financial management in hospitality. I explored how global hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt respond to modern challenges — from innovation to sustainability — by analyzing their financial reports, strategies, and KPIs.
Les Roches also helped me grow professionally through workshops, networking, and exposure to industry leaders in finance and hotel management.

📍 eCornell – Cornell University

Online Certificate – Examining USALI: Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry – May 2025
This certification strengthened my understanding of hotel financial reporting, departmental profitability, and benchmarking. I learned to read and structure income statements using the USALI standard, widely adopted by major global brands.
The opportunity was offered through a strategic partnership between Kempinski Hotels and Cornell, and despite being a trainee, I was encouraged to participate — a clear sign of trust and investment in my development.
