Graduated with a score of 100/100 from a hospitality-focused high school, specializing in Food & Beverage service. This solid foundation provided me with early exposure to customer service, teamwork, and a hands-on understanding of the hospitality industry.

IULM University - Bachelor's degree
Graduated with 110/110 cum laude. My thesis explored economic improvement strategies in the hotel industry through revenue management and forecasting analysis, demonstrating analytical thinking, research abilities, and strategic mindset.

Completed an intensive and internationally recognized program in International Hotel Management. I enhanced my strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills through real-world simulations, group consulting projects, and exposure to global best practices in hospitality. This experience shaped my ability to approach business challenges with both creativity and analytical rigor in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Successfully completed a 16-hour certificate on the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI). Developed a strong command of financial statement interpretation, used to support hotel department-level analysis and global benchmarking.

Managed supplier invoices, approvals, and reconciliations in a 5-star resort using SUN Accounts. Contributed to monthly closings and cross-departmental coordination, gaining a 360-degree view of how financial accuracy impacts operations in luxury hospitality.

Assisted in coordinating the national 40th Anniversary Convention and managed the company’s LinkedIn for B2B visibility. Gained insight into how branding, procurement, and logistics operate from a corporate office supporting dozens of properties.

Worked as Commis de Rang in a luxury Adults-Only restaurant, adapting to high service standards and seasonal tourism dynamics. Improved guest service skills and understood the fast-paced nature of mountain resort operations.
