Working in a 5-star Adults Only alpine resort, I was assigned to the Summit Restaurant, delivering fine dining service in a high-altitude location catering to international clientele. Key aspects of the role included:
- Managing mise en place, table service, and guest communication during breakfast and dinner
- Following luxury service standards with consistency and attention to detail
- Supporting the team in adapting to daily operational shifts and high-volume guest flow
This role allowed me to:
- Refine my guest service and adaptability in a luxury setting
- Understand how seasonality and destination-specific operations affect service strategy
- Develop team collaboration under pressure with high guest expectations.
